I ordered Julie Vos earrings w/o noticing they were clip rather than pierced earrings. When I called to see if they could be exchanged the woman I spoke with was more than willing to take them back even though they were on sale and considered "non returnable". Thanks so much for your understanding.

Fell in love with a $300+ dress at a local boutique and decided to wait to see if it ever went on sale. I randomly did a search for the dress a few months later and saw it on Planters Exchange for $75!!! I checked out the website and ordered the dress...it was perfect! I was excited to try this product. It works just as stated. I wear permanent bracelets and noticed they were dull looking. I washed my hands and spread the foam over my wrist bracelets and massaged then with my fingers, Viola! It worked beautifully. Shiny and new again. Thanks, I bought two, one will go as a gift.

What a great store! Found it looking for some Martin Dingman's while home in South Carolina. Fast shipping is key for me and they were. In fact went back and bought another pair of shoes from them to send to my condo in Florida. I will definitely shop them again.
