Return Policy:
If you are not satisfied, we are happy to accept returns of regular priced, saleable merchandise for your choice of a full refund or exchange.
- Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for regular priced items
- Refunds will be applied to original form of payment
- Free return postage on all products eligible for return.
- Sale Items and Final Sale items are not returnable.
- Please include your packing slip, or receipt or your order number so we can ensure your refund is processed to the form of payment you used to purchase the item(s)
- Damages must be reported within 3 days of receiving merchandise or cannot be returned.
- Returned merchandise should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, saleable, with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered apparel, special orders, perishable or personalized/monogrammed items, and sale merchandise cannot be returned.
- Planters Exchange reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is in saleable condition.
- Once we receive your items they will be processed within 1-2 business days at which time you will be issued a refund for the price of the item and any applicable taxes.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
